Removable Storage
Pen drive - A pen drive is a smal USB device that is sued to store and transfer data from different devices. It connects to a computer by plugging it into a USB port. They are a very portable form of technology as they can easily be removed and added to other computers, which makes them very good for transferring files and backing up data. Because of how compact and thin they are, they are extremely portable and reliable as the transfer speeds of data is usually fast.

Flash memory cards are another form of removable storage, they are also portable, compact and easy to use so that data can be retrieved, saved and transferred correctly. This type of storage can be SD cards and micro SD cards, but sometimes SD cards cant just be plugged into the PC so an adapter has to be used to read the data that is stored on the SD and micro - SD cards.
