Connectivity is to do with a programs ability to link to other programs on a PC. E.g. a program that can import data from a wide variety of other programs and can export data in many different formats has a good connection. However PC's that struggle to link to a network, e.g. laptops have a poor connection. Operating systems like windows supports connectivity for different media devices, these include USB drives, CDs and DVDs, also syncing Bluetooth and WI-FI.
